Giuseppe Anelli Portfolio
Terms of Service
Practical terms for using this public portfolio and educational design journal.
Portfolio material
Project work, concepts, and third-party brand references are presented for portfolio context. Their presence does not grant a reuse license.
Educational guides
Articles explain design methods and limitations. They do not guarantee a commercial, research, accessibility, or hiring outcome.
Project agreements
A public inquiry does not create a project contract. Scope, fees, timing, and rights require a separate agreement.
Using the website
You may browse the public pages for information about the portfolio and the subjects discussed in the journal. Do not use the contact route to send unlawful material, impersonate another person, or request access to systems you are not authorized to use.
Ownership and third-party material
The portfolio may include client work, exercises, third-party trademarks, photographs, and other material with different rights holders. Do not assume every depicted brand is a client endorsement or that all assets are available for redistribution. Ask the relevant rights holder before reusing material. Source links and photo references are provided where relevant to the new journal.
Accuracy and educational scope
The journal distinguishes sourced guidance, original analysis, and hypothetical exercises. Design tools, standards, and platform behavior can change after review. An article is not a complete technical audit, a legal opinion, or a project-specific specification. Evaluate the relevant evidence and obtain qualified assistance when a decision requires it.
Availability and external services
Some archived media or external destinations may be unavailable. A link does not establish control over another provider's content or practices. The public pages do not authenticate a WordPress account, process payments, or automatically send contact messages.
Inquiries and separate work
Sending a message invites a conversation. It does not confirm acceptance of a brief, a delivery date, a price, or a transfer of rights. Any professional engagement should define those matters separately in terms appropriate to the actual project.
Questions and corrections
